Barcelona was a fabulous place to visit. We barely scratched the surface in two days. Lovely dining, fantastic places of interest, beautiful city, easy transport with competitively priced metro travel card. Port and harbour were lovely and shopping was really good value with excellent choice.
A very comfortable hotel. Stylish and friendly. Food very good and room facilities excellent. Only criticism is the coffee at breakfast could be better.
We were greeted so warmly by the staff at this hotel. We really liked their cosy hour where all the guests were invited daily to the bar for a free drink and to mingle with other guests. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, nice products in the bathroom, all the amenities you would want. We didn't ...
This hotel was very modern and the rooms were adequate. The bathroom is separated from the room by a semi-smoked glass wall, so privacy is suspect. The breakfast bars were very well laid out. This hotel is a 15 minute cab ride to the central downtown area of Copenhagen.
The front desk people were friendly and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for my daughter and myself. It has a grocery store very nearby and since we tried to save money by purchasing food to make ourselves, that was awesome! Clean and roomy enough.
We totally enjoyed staying here. It is a convenient walk to the center of town and very handy to both Metro and buses. The staff was most helpful with dining suggestions. The complimentary coffee and water in the mornings and wine in the evening was delightFul. The lobby was a warm and friendly ...
Chose it for proximity to son's home on outskirts of Copenhagen so out of town location required. Modern, lovely spacious surroundings and grounds. Although large hotel rooms very quiet and private. Staff exceptional. Can't fault it.
The location was perfect! We checked in early after our cruise along with what seemed like half the ship :) a very popular hotel. We were able to have them hold our luggage for us so we were able to take the water tour. Loved the location as we walked all over! The only down side was one tiny window ...
Hotel was easy to find, easily accessible. Surroundings were nice and quiet, good for sleeping the night before a long flight. Conveniently close to the airport. Not many choices in restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel if you intend to stay only one night, in late and out early. It is ...
I was concerned about the location, but the hotel website gave perfect instructions to get there. From landing to getting into my hotel room took an hour and only 36DKK. Also, I was able to walk 3 minutes to across the street from the Tivoli hotel and catch the Red hop on and off tour bus (stop #4). ...
Very welcoming hotel. The room needs/ must be updated, particularly the bathroom. Having a bath with a shower is just not conducive to today's life style. Old and outdated room. The lobby is very pleasant. The best thing bout the hotel For us we're the view and the parking. The staff are well trained ...
Unfortunately while we were staying at the hotel, i had an accident and hurt my arm (not in the hotel). The staff was so sweet in helping me with ice, pain killers and ultimately a cab to the hospital. They gave us breakfast to take with us. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. We plan ...
Great location and close to transport links to the main city centre (amazing train system) however the hotel itself is very tired and needs upgrading. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. The main reception areas and dining lounge are in a good condition and has a good atmosphere. The room ...
Comfortable hotel, worth upgrading to get coffee & tea making facilities if staying for a few days. You'll realise why when you see the prices in Copenhagen. Very close to Tivoli Gardens and a pleasant short walk to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants if you turn left out of the hotel and turn ...
The room was clean and comforable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. 10/15 minute walk from the Central train station and close to many of the sights of the city. I'd happily stay here again.
