This neighborhood of large lots and quiet streets is great for kids and families to safely ride their bikes and walk to the ocean. THINGS TO KNOW
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
