New construction and modern, all on one floor with no stairs.
The perfect location to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Luxury, single level condo/duplex (attached by the back wall) in the heart of Corolla, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Corolla Light restaurants and stores are right next door! In the evening, grab your beach chairs, a couple of glasses and a cold bottle of wine for a picnic across the street at the famous Whalehead park while the sun sets over the sound.

** The heated community pool will open on April 20th. It will close Sunday, May 5th-May 7th. **

The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. The large, heated, salt water community pool is equipped with rentable cabannas complete with TVs, fans and personal refrigerators. Perfect for changover days! Perfect escape
I spent a week in this perfect condo planning a fresh start. It was stocked with everything you would need and in such a great location. The property manager was accessible and easy to work with. It was so perfect I stayed an extra day. Easy access to the beach, the lighthouse, restaurants. This was exactly what I needed for my escape. Can’t wait to go back.

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped/furnished, comfortable, close and easy access to the beach. We travel with our little doggie and it makes all the difference in the world to us! Great Labor Day Stay
My family and I spent Labor Day weekend here and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect, had everything we needed. The location was great as well, with a quick walk to the beach and close proximity to shopping/dining. Shelley was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying again.

Great vacation in Corolla
Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable condo, all modern features. There was a beach wagon which was perfect to carry all our stuff to the beach. Pool was very nice, although I wish there were umbrellas for the lounge chairs as it gets very sunny and there is little shade - we did not want to rent a cabana. Overall, great stay! I would come back again. Note: There is currently construction taking place, but it did not bother us.

Beautiful Corolla Condo
We loved staying at this property last week! It’s new, clean, modern, comfortable and pup friendly! The location is very convenient. We walked to the beach and enjoyed walking to the little complex of restaurants including a bakery/coffee, ice cream, dinner, etc. No long haul to busy restaurants. The owners made check in and check out a breeze- exactly what you want on vacation. Shelley was super helpful when we had a question, and even provided a helpful brochure of info before arrival. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend this!

Great place to stay
This condo is new, has a great layout, and is very nicely furnished. It's a comfortable, easy, and quiet place to stay in Corolla. Beach, pool, lighthouse, and shops are all within short walking distance. We've stayed in a lot of beach condos over the years, and this has got to be the nicest by far. My family is already talking about returning next year!
