Staff are very fiendly and efficient - more than happy to help with any querie. The reception team have pleasant personalities and treat children very well, chatting and making sure they are enjoying their stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are clean and have all mod cons. The hotel is old ...
The very good location of the hotel meant we could walk everywhere. We didn’t use public transport at all as we were so close to everywhere! The hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. On the downside: the second person taking a shower got cold water! ...
Very clean, owners are flexible with check in/out, very close to the Vatican and to the Hop on Hop off bus. Wifi works perfectly. No noise during the night. Downstairs there is Restaurant, called Opera, with delicious food and great service. Don't miss a chance to try their Ossobuco.
It was an awesome site but having no windows made it feel a little closed in at times.
No elevator to 3rd floor. Room was almost too hot to sleep first night. Better 2nd night.
