“Great customer support, flat was lovely and spacious, not a far walk from city centre ”

“I hate this flat more than you can possibly imagine. The car park is a joke requiring 87-point turn if you drive in rather reverse in. The communal space is filthy and poorly maintained. The renovation clearly used the cheapest materials & left it mostly unfinished. Everything is done as cheaply as possible. Asking for a second set of keys was denied (they are just Yale keys!) At 7am we were met with most awful howling noise which I initially thought was a building site which turned out to be……

“This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating……

“This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.”
