Loved this hotel, staff was great, room was clean and my pups had plenty of room to move around after being stuck in the car all day! The room was quiet and peaceful, bed was extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Moving 1600 miles with 2 small dogs and pulling a trailer is rough, but this place was just what I needed at the end of my drive.

Nice and quiet , comfortable beds, really enjoyed the pool , love it !

Perfect for coordinating with other family members. Several nearby options for dining, gas etc. Front dest was super accommodating on check in at 3pm on Feb 6.

Family- friendly, clean, staff is friendly , complementary breakfast was great and overall a great experience :)

Did not care for the homeless out front.

Having stayed over a week at this hotel I discovered it is the staff that makes or breaks the place, at least in the smaller hotels (under 75 rooms). Every employee, from housekeeper to cook was courteous and friendly without going overboard & appearing fake. I watched a young man on the housekeeping staff literally make my bathroom shine, and that was after I gave him the option to just skip my room (I am a very neat person and didn't think my bathroom was even dirty until he finished). The older gentleman who checked me in was very sweet, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Had a fantastic day room area was quiet and comfortable. When in the area this will be my place of choice.

Bicycles are available.

It was very clean. Staff was nice. Water pressure was way better than expected.

Staffs very efficient and polite. The property is very good for price. Very happy with our stay.

Clean room. Nice staff. Super close to Old Town and Golden 1 Center. 2nd time staying here, will definitely return.

I look for three key features…. Price, pool, car charging. This hotel was only two of three. Price - fair! Car charger - all good Pool - that sad little bathtub in the back IS NOT a pool!!!

AMAZING KING BED! I don’t know what mattress they used, but I want one in my own home! Our room was clean, spacious, had all the amenities we would need! Breakfast was was as good as any Best Western! ALWAYS GREAT!

This hotel is great and the staff are amazing. The area around the hotel (outside property line) is a little rough due to the train and tram traffic, as well as the occasional homeless person, but the hotel grounds are well manicured and safe. The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff are great at making sure that you have everything that you need. Alfred was especially awesome with making sure everyone had what they need and are enjoying the breakfast offerings. Have stayed here twice...

My partner and I stayed for one night at the Alice in Wonderland themed room. The owner, Rhonda, was extremely nice and she explained the door locks, rooms, checkout process, amenities, etc very concisely and it was easy to understand. She was also very timely with communication before the stay which is always appreciated as a guest. The room itself was very fun to be in and clean. The decorations were beautiful! It felt like there was always something new to look at every time we glance...
