“This is a really nice place. Unfortunately we came right after the basement flooded with the crazy 1000 year storm. It was all dried out and ready for carpet to go back in. But the fans were still going and it wasn't ready yet. But i won't hold that against them. They gave me a credit and i'm sure it will be back to normal shortly. I would definitely stay again. This storm was unfortunate for the entire city and a lot of people got it worse. They did a good job drying out the basement and doesnt……

“I was told upon arrival the hotel had overbooked and although I paid up front for my room at booking there was no room held for me. I was forced at 11pm at night to find another hotel with availability which ended up being over 20 mins away which was another uber ride and by the time it was sorted and I made it to the other hotel it was 1am. I have never experienced this before; the staff approach was brutal with the response being " you will have to find another hotel, we overbook all the time……

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
