"Had so many issues. Was told our room was ready when it wasn’t. Onsite restaurant was closed the entire time of our stay from Sunday-Wednesday. Pull out sofa mattress had stains and smelled. Dirty utensils in the drawer. Resort was out of pool towels and hotel towels. Dining table was almost falling apart. Toilet did not flush. Shower did not drain. No conditioner available. TV remotes did not work in bedroom. The remote that was in the room didn’t even belong to the tv’s in the unit. Was told guests often steal them. So I guess no one is checking the rooms after guests leave. "
