“If you want to stay in a place that smells like marijuana and mold, with cockroaches practically playing soccer in the room, then this is definitely the hotel for you. In my 49 years of life, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Despite our complaints, they refused to change our room. We were forced to stay in that disgusting room with a 15-year-old child. The room was filthy, smelled unbearable, and the overall condition of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The……

“The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. The housekeeping and front desk, both visit out room and sai the checkout was at 11:00 hrs. During check in and check out, the front desk personnel is required to be gently and served Guest with courtesy and attention,……

“Host was proactive in her communication and check in and out were easy. Plenty of lighting and the space was well appointed with all the amenities one would need. Bed was comfortable. There was a comprehensive list of local eateries and things to do nearby. Its a little far for me from public transportation (street car line and bus lines) but uber and lifts are readily available. Would stay here again! ”

“This was a nice place to stay. I traveled with 2 other ladies and we felt safe and at home. We did have an issue with the neighbor one night but the management team took care of it right away and it was 10:15 at night. Very responsive and very cordial! We were not used to the shotgun home, where rooms are not private but they had sound machines and other extra amenities to help make everything very doable and homey! Thank you for a great weekend away from home!”

“The hotel is beautifully decorated, very modern and cozy at the same time. The terrace on the lobby was one of my favorite spots at the hotel. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming! Loved our stay at the Henrietta Hotel”
