"The property is undergoing renovations at the moment, so it's not surprising that it's not as tidy as other hotels. However, that didn't present any issues as it was very quiet during the evening and night time, the staff was very pleasant, and the rest of the property was clean/tidy. The breakfast was the normal continental breakfast... pancakes, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bread, cupcakes, cereal, apples and oranges, and yogurt. I unfortunately can't eat 95% of that due to dietary restrictions so I was grateful for the 5% I could eat. That brings said, I really, really, really wish they had more options for those with restricted diets # high fat (keto) or high fiber diets."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Farmhouse. The Goats and the Host were extremely welcoming :) The host went out of his way to make our stay exactly what we needed, including a firewood drop off, because we were hoping to have a fire with the warmer November weather. The house was meticulously maintained and had everything we needed for our work retreat. The location is just close enough to the Dells to feel like you aren't in the Dells when you don't want to be. I can't say enough good things - don't pass up this one! Boone and Crocket (the goats) want to meet you. "

"Beautiful lakeviews (especially dawn) from the main gathering room/kitchen on the lower level and two bedrooms on the second level. Kitchen had a wide array of supplies, dishes, & appliances. Each of the six distinct sleeping areas had good space, adequate linens and were comfortable.A few quirks that come from an older Lake home, but overall bright, clean, comfortable stay. So glad we went."
