“Friendly staff. Nice clean room”

“The level of service was amazing. The hotel room’s sink would not drain and they changed our room right away. Frank from front desk was very courteous, and texted throughout the stay. Breakfast staff kept area clean and well stocked. Bottled water available on request was very helpful. We had a late checked out, and forgot a few hanging items. Called later that evening they located them and we were able to retrieve them. This hotel and its staff gave excellent service. Not often found these……

“We spent two nights at Tides Folly Beach right before Xmas and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again especially in the summertime. Clean room and friendly staff. Great view of the pier and beach from our room. We watched lots of surfers. Easy and free onsite parking. There are many cute restaurants nearby. We didn't get a chance to try it but Pinky's looks like a fun beachside restaurant right at the hotel. Quick 20-min drive to downtown Charleston. Our mini frig was making a noise……

“The place was absolutely beautiful! I couldn't believe how nice it was and for the price. I was beyond pleased with our experience. The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathrooms were spotless. The amenities, pools, hot tub, bonfire, outdoor games, promonade. So much to do and not enough time,”

“We stayed on a Christmas day and a few services were unavailable, but regardless that the staff and other services were excellent. We would like to go back and stay longer.”
