“There’s a lot which could be said negatively about this property: There are far too few electrical outlets, and some of the ones which are present lack cover plates. (Code violation!!) There’s crown moulding falling off the wall. Half the elevators are out of order (it sounds like that’s been the case for a long time), resulting in ridiculous wait times. And what looks like inch-thick dust accumulated on the ceiling fan blades is appalling. There’s not much in the way of restaurants, unless...

“The host was welcoming and answered our emails. My wife and I had issues with loud parties two weekends out of the 30 days we were there. The host agreed to address the problems and took care of the problem. We had a couple of hiccups with internet in those 30 days, however overall we had a good experience. The location to downtown is great. Everything within walking distance. The interior of this unit is dated and needs an update like shower and bathroom area. The washer and dryer are outside...

“Excellent time there, staff was very nice and also patient. The room was clean and I had a good view of the ocean from my balcony. The pool was nice; the beach was great. I only wish maybe some more food options. I definitely recommend staying here!”
