"Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the restaurants were closed on Sunday for dinner which was disappointing. After a long day in the sun/heat at the racetrack we weren’t up for the loud bars on Rainey Street. "

"From pre-arrival to check-in, everything was seamless. The team even reached out ahead of our stay to ask what we needed, which made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of from the start. "I will not be staying here again. It seems like Hyatts are going downhill. The location was terrible, it did not feel safe in the evenings/night (most likely fine for a guy/group of guys). But what was really frustrating was the lack of housekeeping services. If I’m paying $1,000 for a hotel stay I expect the trash to be taken out and to get fresh towels at the very least. This is one of those hotels that doesn’t have daily housecleaning, which is annoying in and of itself, but they said it was provided every other day. On day two, no one came. This hotel has a kitchen that we used, the trash was stinking up the whole room and we had no clean towels. When I called for towels, they told me I had to go down to the front desk to get them myself… and this was the second time I had called to request them because the first time no one came. The room was dusty and did not feel super clean. Also, the hotel is so noisy. We could hear anytime someone around us flushed the toilet. Overall it was not a good stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "

"Clean room. Helpful Front Desk. Good Breakfast. We only had one issue -- we were staying in a room overlooking the lobby. Two guys came back to the hotel at 2:30 AM and carried on a loud conversation until around 3:00 AM. It would start up and then die down and then start back up. Happily, as I was getting ready to go down to ask them lower their voices, they apparently went to their rooms or left. They were not yelling -- just talking very loudly, and I think that our room position made it worse, so beware if you have an "_01" number. Otherwise, it was a perfectly good stay. "
