I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“This is an amazing home that is filled with beautiful woodwork, fireplaces, stained, glass windows, perfectly decorated, comfy blankets, and extra amenities to make you feel at home. It’s a quick walk to the Diamind. The hostess Dan is fabulous, she is very responsive and easy to work with. She gives you step-by-step directions and is very supportive with any questions you have during your stay. I wish I could spend every weekend here in this adorable home.
