“Breakfast was to expensive.”

“The floor was wet in its entirety. The chair was without a cushion and had metal showing. Expedia said that breakfast was included it was not. There was mold in the bathroom caulk. There was nowhere to plug in the coffee maker. We put it in the floor. It was disgusting. There was a bag of trash in front of the elevator that remained there. The pool was milky looking.”

“The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Asked for recommendations on restaurants and shopping. They were spot on.!! The refrigerator in my room did not work. I did not report it. It was really no big deal. The tiki bar should have been moved for more exposure to the public. It was really hidden in a back corner. Some of the furnishings were dated and well worn. Carpets had rips, walls had dings, outdoor cushions were badly worn. Even with the dated and worn furnishings, I would……

“Loved everything about this hotel and my stay here! Extra clean room! Big closet, comfortable beds! The outside areas are very nicely designed with fire pits by the amazing pool! Cleanest pool I’ve been too in years! Good breakfast also! I will be returning soon!”

“First vacation with my girlfriend and the hotel decided to make things interesting by not putting an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nothing says “relationship growth” quite like testing the strength of your love under conditions normally reserved for chemical warfare. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was great. But the bathroom? Let’s just say every trip became a team-building exercise. By day four, there were no secrets left between us. “Room was very nice. Beach staff was great.Breakfast was worst I've had in a long time. How do you screw up scrambled eggs & toast?? But, they did. Stone cold. Would have said something to waitress, but once she delivered the food she never returned. Never ate at the resort again...we always went out after that. Room was supposed to be cleaned daily. It wasn't cleaned 4 of our 7 day stay. Had to complain to front desk twice to just get refreshed towels.”

“The continental breakfast was good. Although, it used to have more options. The room was odd. Was a lot of dead space where maybe a kitchenette used to be. No mirror for the vanity area, so I actually moved the full length mirror from near the door to use. The toilet paper holders looked like they were going to fall off the wall. They held the roll, although I'm not sure how exactly. Don't plan on sleeping in past 7am. It's constant door slamming up and down the hallways. Not sure if from other……

“Not relaxing from other noise from next room”

“The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future.”

“Best Western on the Beach was the best choice for us due to literally being right on the beach and walking distance to a lot stores and restaurants and I can’t walk too far due to a health condition, but it was in the perfect location and the staff was super friendly and helpful! We will be back for sure!”
