“Where do I start. My husband I waited 28 years for our honeymoon. Booked this through Expedia. Loved the idea for room service! This hotel advertised room service. THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE. I booked a handicap room and was put on the 6th floor. I was never given Emergency Exit information for disabled people and it was not on the door.
