“Upon check in was sent to wrong room so key didn’t work. Room wasn’t made ready / properly and staff dismissive but they fixed it(reluctantly) carpet was torn/ dirty. Only one elevator was working for a hotel full of people. Expected more from a Hilton hotel.”

“Very kind and professional staff. Clean room. Ocean view room and nice beach. Only one small thing i have considered me. I’m not pork eater they had turkey sausage option on the buffet but only 1 tong for bacon, pork sausage and turkey sausage. So people using same tong with every single meats anyway it’s easy to fix. Other than everything was excellent 👍.”

“I paid almost $900 for two nights. Friday-Sunday. $40 charge on hold I get that. But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. I’m not sure if the drink machine malfunctioned but the floor was wet with no sign saying “wet floor”. Worker almost busted his butt coming out of the kitchen. Available to eat was waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, and bagel. The……

“Stayed here over the weekend with my family it was in a very good area alot of food options and stores near by. Specifically booked this hotel to be close to OWA, & the 20 minute drive to the beach. what i do want to point out is the hotel staff were very friendly, nice people. i would rate the staff a 10/10, the breakfast was pretty good as well. the only negative i have to say about this hotel is cleaning. When we got to the room, the carpet was not cleaned or vacuumed. There was visible……
