“Overall a beautiful property. Access to the Divi is also a nice touch. Welcome water bottles , very nice. The beach access, and shaded lounge chairs adds to my positive experience. The restaurants that require reservations were all EXCELLENT. The buffets were lack luster for sure. The selections are just not varied enough. We had an ocean front room and the views were magnificent. The bathroom is quite tight and the room does show some wear and tear. The staff are top tier , friendly and very……

“Hotel is in a great location. Nice rooms. Good selection for free breakfast. Staff always very helpful”

“The lobby area wasn’t air conditioned. The room was old & damp.”

“Quite outdated resort, rooms. No dishwasher, very basic kitchen not enough dishes if you are planning to make your own meals. Staff not very open or flexible for any of your requests such 30’ complementary extension for check out”

“One thing that they don’t tell you is that the Divi Dutch Beach Village resort there are no restaurants other than the tiki bar. You have to get a shuttle to the other Divi resorts in order to eat dinner. The room was nice but not spectacular for what we paid. Staff were extremely helpful and nice.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“This hotel is for travelers who desire a specific experience. First of all, this is a newer facility with spacious beautiful rooms, and an immaculately kept property, Staff is attentive and courteous. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The pool area is very nice, and while we were there, we had no issues getting chairs poolside at any point. Yes the pools get shaded during the day but they are now heated and getting out of the Aruban sun for a spell was not a bad……

“Loved the private oasis with the plunge pool! The communal pool was also very nice with very comfortable loungers. Quite location away from the crowds of Palm beach. Kitchenette was also convenient. I would definitely recommend! Hope to return soon.”

“一切都十分满意，就是有一点觉得房间空气/有点霉气，员工非常热情，地点十分便利”
