“Wir waren mit unserem siebenjährigen Kind in diesem Hotel und sind sehr enttäuscht. Ein wesentlicher Grund für unsere Buchung waren der Pool- und Wellnessbereich. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch erfahren, dass das Indoor Pool und Sauna erst ab 16 Jahren zugänglich ist. Diese wichtige Information wurde uns vorab nicht kommuniziert.
Gerade bei einer Reise mit Kind ist das ein entscheidendes Kriterium. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht gebucht. Für uns war das……

“I stayed at this hotel from May 30 to June 1. On the night of May 31, the air conditioner started leaking water. We called the front desk staff for help, and they advised us to turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open. We followed their instructions.
However, not long after we went to bed, the air conditioner began to make warning beeping sounds. The staff came again and turned off the beeping, telling us that everything should be fine, then left the room. Unfortunately,……
