"Paid for oceanfront room with kitchenette but room they gave us had neither, complained, moved to another room but still not oceanfront. Had to wait two days to get placed into room we paid for. Additionally, we selected 2 adults and a child for king size bed and the hotel tried to tell us that we selected 2 adults and an infant and that we must upgrade to a bigger room. "Do not stay at this hotel. The staff are dismissive, rude and seemingly angry at the guests. The hotel and its grounds are littered with trash, restaurants and spa are open sporadically. The beach club is often closed for private events. The music at the pool and the beach is outrageously loud and the island itself is run down and dangerous. Everything away and overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. Stay away. "
