I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. Upon arrival, I was initially given a room with only one bed. After bringing this to your staff’s attention, I was reassigned to a different room in another tower. Unfortunately, upon entering that room, we discovered that the carpet was wet, making it unsuitable for use. I then had to return مرة again to the front desk, where I was reassigned back to the original room with only one bed. As a result, one of my sons was forced to sleep on a rollaway bed. This was not the experience I expected, especially considering the amount I paid for our stay and the importance of this family vacation. Seeing my son sleep uncomfortably on a rollaway bed was both unacceptable and disheartening. I believe this situation warrants compensation, as the accommodations provided did not match what was originally booked and paid for. But there were so little of them and half of them were broken; WE WERE LAYING IT IN WHILE HE TOOK IT and ignored our protests. The check out staff was so short when I asked if the large deposit they took during check in was applied to the total balance that we owed during check out; she spoke to us like we were idiots. The spa. If you are renovating then perhaps don’t be open for business because you don’t know this until you show up and it is not in the spa area and you have zero spa amenities; it was like a doctor’s office.
