"The room is as described, clean, spacious, and has all what you need for a trip. The place is a bit farther from the hustle and bustle of Kuta, but also very close to the beach (~20 mins walk). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Bali!"

"Everything was good initially until when we checked out. A guy name Sudarna claimed himself is the manage of the resort. He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. And then when we agreed to settle the bill, when my Grab car is arrive, he talked to the driver in local language then the driver leave immediately. Turned out I need to call another car and make me nearly late to the airport and can't take the flight. That hotel manager service and...
