“Perfect place to stay fir vacation”

“We had a lovely sea view room though it was as far from rception as you could get. The room was clean and modern. The bedroom felt a little claustrophobic and got hot during the night. The aircon was too noisy to run all night.”

“The property is small and so well appointed. It was booked to capacity, but still felt open and secluded. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The food was amazing! We will definitely be back!”

“Hotel showing its age in spots and could use a few touch ups. Front desk tells you they pull amounts charged to room after 7 days. This isn’t true. They pull random amounts almost daily. Difficult to figure out what the charges are for and to monitor. Suggest pay as you go to keep track. Amounts will eventually disappear but it makes it confusing. Beware cost of convenience food in cafe. $15 USD for a larger bag of Lay’s potato chips. Breakfast good. Bar food good. Fine dining is not. Careenage……

“We recently stayed at Waves Hotel for four nights, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.Upon arrival on May 16th, the room we received did not match what was on the website. May 17th was my son's birthday, and we had requested room decorations to celebrate. While the staff did sing "Happy Birthday" that evening, the decorations were not provided. “Our room was great, clean and modern finishings. The pools were a little disappointing, there are three advertised however one is a kiddie pool and the other is for guests 16 and up only so we were confined to one pool the entire time (my daughter is 14) and it's only chest deep. The hotel has good parking, all the cleaning staff were wonderful, same with the restaurant staff. The food could be a little better for the price, it was still good, but just good and highly expensive. The property……

“Hotel liegt sehr gut um die Gegend zu erkunden, Strandspaziergänge, Bars am Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Toller Poolbereich im 6. Stock, sehr schöne Terrasse beim Infinity Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Schönes Zimmer und Bad, toller Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Klimaanlage sehr, sehr angenehm. Wir hatten nur eine Zimmerkarte bekommen und mussten uns diese 3 Tage zu zweit Teilen, da beim Einchecken ein Mangel an Zimmerkarten herrschte, war nicht so toll. “The hotel was a good size, not too high rise. Cleaned every day and staff was accommodating. Area near to other restaurants and convenient store. Very small area of beach available, but nearby Dover Beach!”

“This hotel was actually better than expected. It was reasonably priced and had a kitchen and balcony which was the main reasons I chose it but its right on st Lawrence gap so enjoying st Lawrence gap was a breeze. Also there are so many activities. I played pickle ball and mini golf and the pool was really enjoyable. The restaurant was on the beach and beautiful. The Staff was really nice. “Everything was excellent. Friendly staff and very relaxing vibe and entertainment. Beach front nice but not ideal for swimming. Pools were great and bar service was amazing. All restaurants were unique especially Oro which was tantalizing. Will be back again. Love Barbados 🇧🇧”

“For the price of this resort it's not worth it. Overall 5/10. The food is good for the most part, the servers are very nice, and they all speak great English. Those are the only good things about the resort. Everything else is definitely below standards for the price.”
