The amenities and activities, including Pure Ocean had something for everyone. The 24 gym and basketball court was a bonus. The access to The Gap and groceries were great as well. "Check in desk staff were unorganized and very slow. I just wanted a receipt when I checked out. She told me it would take a few minutes. It was 10-15. The bill I got only had room charges on it. She said she could get me a receipt with the charges broke down but it would be a bit. I waited another 15 and our cab came so I never got one. Way way too slow. "
