“Great place to stay”

“We had a wonderful experience at Reef Haven. The swim-up bar was delightful. The pools were amazing, lots of space to relax. The staff were wonderful, polite and accommodating.”

“Een fijn hotel langs de prachtige kust van Hopkins. Personeel is geweldig, ze kennen je bij voornaam en hun belangstelling is oprecht. Zeer behulpzaam. Fijne bedden, schone kamers. Blinderende gordijnen, rustige omgeving. Zee is goed toegankelijk, geen stenen, schoon en helder water. Eten bin het restaurant is goed, al is de kaart klein, dus als je langer verblijft dan en laat dagen is het fijn om in de buurt te eten. Diverse restaurants op loopafstand. Snorkel excursie gedaan via het hotel, was……

“I mean. Would I stay here again? No. But it wasn’t terrible. The pool is in the middle of the rooms where people can see you. The big pool. The small pool is awkward as well. The bar closes at 5. Which is dumb. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but I heard it wasn’t that good. It was a lizard in my room. It gets the job done as far as a hotel but it’s nothing special at all. Very basic room. Luckily I was only there to sleep mainly. Because it’s honestly nothing special. The bathroom……

“Maya is a great place to stay and their restaurant is the best! Try the peanut brittle pie (homemade from scratch) when you go there as I've never had a better dessert. The pie is a legend in Belize as well as all their other fabulous food and bakery goods. A true Belize getaway, simple and fun. Clean as well!”
