“Free breakfast everyday, both including typical Costa Rican breakfasts, as well as pancakes for those who prefer a breakfast from home.
The thermal springs were the best!! Especially the swim up bar (helps save money on commuting to other thermal springs as well as the entrance fee)
Staff were wonderful! Sweet and helpful at recommending restaurants and activities:)
Transportation from the airport to hotel was $225, so great to split between 5 people.”

“This property was amazing. The breakfast included was cooked to order and was very yummy. The staff was super friendly and informative. The property felt very safe. We loved the private pool in our room and it felt very private.”

“The property itself was amazing the food also was amazing. The Spa was superb. Rooms were clean daily if requested. Staff was gracious and friendly. I will definitely recommend this resort. The views and the thermal springs were a sight to see. My only concern were the roads getting there from the airport. Make sure you make reservations to be picked up by the resort staff. Roads not easy to navigate for the average driver. It was an amazing Vacation.”

“Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse ”

“Clean, nice staff overall, felt safe, beautiful hot springs and spa. Very dim lighting on path to rooms at night. My only complaint is that they are trying to charge me for a third person when only two of us stayed here, checked in, and confirmed with staff at check-in. Staff not being very helpful with refunding for the non-existent third person. Disappointing to my trip because I really did like this place, but probably won’t stay here again because of this. Double check your reservation with……
