“Hotel Boutique Casa del Río was one of the highlights of our Costa Rica trip! Nestled in the heart of the rainforest, the property is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for nature lovers. Our room was beautiful, and waking up to the soothing sound of the rushing river each morning was incredibly peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh tropical fruits, fresh juices, and a flavorful traditional Costa Rican breakfast. The view of the volcano from the restaurant in the morning was breathtaking.……

“Unfortunately, my check-in experience was extremely disappointing. In order to check in and stay at the hotel, I was essentially forced to pay additional money despite already being charged. The entire situation was handled with very poor customer service and left me feeling unsupported and taken advantage of. I expected much better hospitality and understanding from the staff.”
