“Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”

“Staff was not friendly or helpful. Ask for a recite and he couldn't help. Was lazy and rude. Never waste my money again. Didn't speak any English neither. ”

“Decently clean, nice staff, comfortable bed. Small continental breakfast we didn't partake in. Only complaint was the toilet seat was awful, had seen better days and is an easy cheap fix. ”

“Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. Someone was heavily smoking on the second floor despite being a no-smoking property stinking up the place. Shower didn’t drain well and there were fist-sized holes in the bathroom wall and……

“We only stayed one night and did not use the kitchen for cooking. Looked like it was properly stocked. The open floor plan at the front of the home was comfortable for visiting. Upstairs room/bathroom was very comfortable. Was able to walk to the downtown area and also visited the St. Croix Falls downtown across the river. Would ”
