“We like the historic hotel vibe and its downtown location. An anchor like the Decker is vital for Main Street revitalization. We wished that the bar had been open on a Thursday evening, but the manager said the owner is working on leasing that operation. A lamp on both sides of the comfy bed would be most welcome.”

“Decent rate and adequate lodging. I'd stay there again except Clinton Iowa has a BO problem.”

“全家出游，还不错，下次还会选择！”

“Sad to say it was run down and in bad shape. Window broken, just taped.Holes in the wall.Crack in the bottom of the bathtub, didn't even want to take a bath or shower, also dirty. Carpet stained and there as a musty smell. The only time you got staff you had to dial 0 on the desk phone.”

“Everyone there is so helpful and sweet. It was so convenient being able to do everything we needed. Breakfast was good and drinks were always fresh. I can't rave enough about all the staff! They're amazing! Would definitely stay again.”

“We were greeted with friendly and very helpful staff from the minute we walked in the doors. He even helped us with our luggage, and phoned us after we left to be sure we had a pleasant stay at his hotel - Budget Inn in DeWitt Iowa. We would recommend staying at this place, and we will stay here again in the future.”

“Such a relaxing place!!!! Loved it!!”

“Minimal amenities but clean and quiet.”

“Nice place not far from the river! Friendly host and safe neighborhood, perfect place to wind down after our work event. The deck was nice to have at nighttime, it was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.”

“A beautiful cabin, thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Justin & Melissa responded quickly to any inquiries. If you desire a peaceful setting and break from your busy life, this is the place to go! The cabin was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go back!”

“It is an older house with associated discrepancies. Overall good value for the space provided.”

“This is the second year staying at the River House for graduation weekends. The house was a perfect spot for family and friends to gather when not at other functions. The kitchen is easy to work in and great for serving meals rather than going out. It is on the banks of the Mississippi River and has great views. Some of our party went fishing. There's a nice fire ring that we used for relaxing and s'mores. We highly recommend it.”
