“Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.”

“Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”

“The resort was niceish - however here were some things that irked us. 1. They were not very informative and from the second day onwards their reception would shut down at 6 pm and we had to use a very weird entry to the hotel. This entry was not safe as it was not well lit at all. This information was also not shared with us so we “discovered” it and frankly that’s just not right. 2. There was never enough staff at the breakfast - which was expensive mind you, but no one there to seat us and……

“This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. ”

“This property from the start to end with staff interaction and hospitality were unprofessional and unwilling to be courteous. The property was poorly lit, dirty, and multiple things were broken. This included a door that could not lock, broken toilet lid, terrible smell in the apartment and soiled linens. ”
