“Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Good Buffet, Great Location, Would Highly Recommend”

“Everything was amazing”

“Staff was unaccommodating. The Staff acted as though they had better things to do than serive the patrons. Regardless of the request weather it was bottle water for the room, clean towels, or just plain toilet tissue it was at least a three to four hour wait if the request was fulfilled at all. For example requested a chicken club sandwich at midnight and did not receive it till almost 4am and thats after I had to personally come down and find a staff member working the kitchen. Which at that……

“Excelente desayuno bufet pero en la reservación se filtraron hoteles con desayuno incluido. Al llegar allá, el desayuno no estaba incluido. Además, ácaros o algún insecto en la cama, picaron a mis hijos durante la noche.”

“The breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, omelettes made to order. Even though there is a line to be seated the staff was very efficient in seating guest quickly as possible. ”

“Beach front hotel, with dining options onsite and within walking distance. The reef has the most beautiful fish to see snorkelling - right outside your room. A lovely vacation. ”

“Stayed here on our last day before flying home. Arrived before noon after checking out of another accommodation. We were prepared to have them hold our bags until our room was ready. Kenedra (sorry don’t remember her name exactly) at the front desk was amazing. She offered us an upgrade and let us check in immediately. We hung out at the pool for the afternoon. Pool and hot tub are incredible! Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the 4* for staff was due to the young man……

“Excellent location as it sits on the Caribbean but has a lagoon in the back of the property that is perfect for snorkeling. Across the lagoon from resort is Mambo beach which has a 2 floored mall with lots of shops and restaurants. All within walking distance!!”

“The owners and their staff are what make St. Tropez special. Jamil brings special joy to everything he does. Our rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The pool area is well maintained although the pool itself will soon be renovated. Our breakfasts each morning set us up for a great day. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.”

“Cannot say enough amazing things about this resort. It’s quaint and very well appointed; relaxing. Every care is taken so that guests are comfortable and well cared for. They have thought of everything. Staff are amazing. Our room, The Banyan Tree Room was very clean and comfy. The outdoor shower area was amazing. They gave the bed dinner nights. The BBQ night was exquisite. The best food we had on the island!!!”
