“This was my first time in Curaçao. The hotel was nice, clean, and in a good location; it needs a facelift. The body wash in the shower was covered in mold! The food selection was not great, and they needed more variety. The beach and pool were clean, with poolside entertainment. I do feel the male staff paid more attention to younger women, as I was passed over several times.”

“Everyone is super sweet and helpful , the most kind people on the island . They want you to enjoy yourself and give you recommendations. Beautiful hotel my favorite is the pool area so nice . The location is also perfect it’s next to almost everything you’d need as a tourist within walking distance . So many restaurants just across the bridge . I would definitely recommend and visit this hotel again”

“The property is under staffed and it is evident in nearly every interaction. I waited several hours for my room after check in to be cleaned to only later find someone’s shoes under the bed. Then the staff cleaned the room took the wash clothes and didn’t replace them for days even when I requested them.The toilet ran if you didn’t jiggle the buttons. “The hotel is ideally located, just a 7-minute walk from Brion City in downtown Curaçao. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
Our only issue was that we were not adequately informed about the hotel’s technology for the Do Not Disturb function and housekeeping requests. As we did not have a bellman to assist us upon arrival, we were unsure about the location and operation of the light switches. Unfortunately, we inadvertently activated the Do Not Disturb feature……
