"This property was absolutely gorgeous. The deer were beautiful, the river was soothing, and all of the troubles of civilization disappeared. The host was great and very responsive. Everything was clean and the kids had a great time being kids. Would absolutely recommend. If there was one downside, it was the odor of the water, but being that far out and dependant on well water was unavoidable. We look forward to staying again!"

"Cockroaches, bed bugs, absolutely filthy rooms in a state of disrepair. Holes in walls, floors slippery with grease, 100 cigarette burns in comforter, chair upholstery caked with black filth."
