“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“1-star review. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Items were stolen from my room (Room 314) during housekeeping service. Multiple brand-new dresses and even the purchase receipt disappeared immediately after staff entered the room. This is not a misunderstanding — a police report has been filed (Case #26-014974). What is even more alarming is the complete lack of response from the hotel. No incident report was provided, no proper communication, and no sense of urgency.……

“The property has been updated beautifully and my room was clean and welcoming. Minimal carpet is a big plus. The private balcony was my favorite place to enjoy breakfast. Will definitely visit again!”
