“Nice hotel, breakfast and very clean. The only thing you need to be aware is parking is $40 overnight. Across the street there is parking but the staff won't tell you, only for $20/night and $5/hour. Other than this, we will choose this hotel for future stays. ”

“Staff were really friendly from front desk to bartenders to valet. Food was excellent and pool was nice with a fun vibe. Parts of hotel are dated and parts are newly renovated. It’s in a great location. I would return.”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“free parking by door is the best thing I can say - surprised Expedia listed it! lamps needed to be dusted, shades cracked. dirty fingerprints on doors exterior door frame was damaged at the lock with no safety chain old a/c controls illegible in need of total renovation Desk clerk was helpful. ”
