“Great staff at the desk. Tiffany was great! Room was very modern. WiFi was mostly good. Location was central to downtown within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Nice walking trail down by the water, too.”

“Allowed an early check in 👍 Had a really cool poolside room with a curtained patio. We spent all afternoon poolside with drinks from great bartender. Only downside was we came back from dinner/drinks @10:30 pm and power was out on the whole block 😔outside their control. Management was accomodating to this issue.”

“We found a big cockroach dead on the floor in tge bathroom. I informed the front desk, and they came to remove it. Also informed us that pest control was there a few days prior. They apologized but we were not offered another room. The room was clean besides that! We checked every corner of the room and could not find anything else. We were disappointed with the experience. ”

“This used to be our private get away - looks like the word is out and EVERYONE brought their kids. Our room was next to a tyrannical screaming two year old boy whose parents could have cared less. Front office was incredibly generous at finding us a new room (with upgraded suite) and a bar credit. Props to the staff as they got through a tough March - ”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”
