“I stayed one night at this hotel to rest after a long journey from Melbourne to Denpasar, and then on to Surabaya. The staff were friendly and the food was average. However, I was disappointed to find that my room and bathroom were quite dusty.
I hope the management can take this feedback into consideration and improve the cleanliness of the rooms. With better attention to this area, I would consider staying again in the future.”

“We had an outstanding experience staying at Golden Tulip. Everything was spot on. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast option was fantastic. 10/10, definitely will come back if we go to Batu again. Highly recommend. ”
