"The hotel property was immaculate and this gardening staff did a spectacular job at making the grounds look perfect. All the person working at the hotel were super nice and friendly. The view of the volcano was exceptional. The only negative is that all the rooms were hot and never got below 24.5°C they made excuses saying that the air-conditioning was being serviced, but I looked at reviews from the prior week and they were also hot. If you like to sleep in cool air conditioner, this is not the hotel for you. If you don’t mind sleeping in 75°F I would highly recommend this hotel the walk to town is only about eight minutes."

"Our check was at 12p we went out early in the morning for last min shopping we came back short time to go to the airport. So maid came into the room and removed all towels we couldn’t shower call front desk and it took a while there were no time as shuttle to airport was waiting on us"

"The room was spacious and the late check out being 6pm for $50USD was a real value add. The AC worked very well. Here were the issues we encountered: 1) Hair in our food, twice. The food isn’t cheap, so I would expect it to not have hair in it. 2) We booked because of the pool and hot tub. Both were freezing cold. Our two kids got in for about ten minutes, but that’s all they could handle. The pool and hot tub were the same temperature, so it’s not like the hot tub was just warm. It was freezing. 3) The only gluten free options were salad. Even the steak, chicken, and nachos contained gluten. 4) The shower smelled of mildew."
