“Saturday & Sunday breakfast includes made to order omelets. Simply check at the front desk, complete the form & check what items you want included. Scrambled eggs & a meat choice, Waffle maker, muffins, variety of breads & cereal, yogurt, fruit juices, and more. Pool was nice, hot tub larger than most. Pool table in Pool area. Lobby with comfortable seating. Nice hotel.”

“This stay was fantastic. Our family needed a getaway before a busy sports season and this was just what we needed. The cabin was secluded so there weren't interruptions. We could easily come and go (with a bit of a drive, but the rolling hills are beautiful). The beds were comfy with plenty of air movement from the ceiling fans or blankets if you were chilly. Everything was spotless. ”

“The Lodge was exactly as shown online. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival and he showed us around the cabin and property. The Lodge was very clean, northern woods feel and in a very private location. The lodge was spacious yet was cozy for our group of eight. The hiking trail was marked very well and we enjoyed lunch out on the large deck out back while watching the birds at the nearby feeders. Plenty of firewood available for our campfire. Very peaceful and relaxing. We would highly……

“Rental was clean but had some bugs. Furniture definitely was older. Should have mentioned about the steep stairs to entrance. But overall, worked out great for location and basic needs.”

“The home was very clean and nicely updated, and fit our family well. It’s right in town and you can walk many places. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything neatly labeled. Beds were comfortable and all rooms were spacious. We found the drive to Madison very reasonable. New Glarus and another nearby town, Paoli, both had plenty of entertainment and live music. All around a very enjoyable stay. ”

“If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in very clean accommodations, this is a great place for you. If you want to relax, it's nice a quiet with a view of the river or if you want to be more active, it's one hour from Madison and 15 minutes for walking trails and kayaks. You can walk 5 minutes to grab something easy to eat or run to the gas station for small stuff. The cabin felt like it was brand new, and we would definitely recommend this place to others.”
