“I would rate this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. It was an affordable option, but unfortunately housekeeping did not seem to keep up with the property. The cleaning appeared very basic, and the building is clearly showing signs of wear and tear over time. We stayed for a week and barely saw any other guests during our stay. I was disappointed to notice dirt and dust building up around the headboards, chairs, and bench seating in our room. There were also small spots of mold visible on the ceiling,……

“The hotel is tired! Needs updated! Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Rooms are very hard for people with limited mobility.”

“The warm welcome set the tone for my stay. Jeff, at the front desk, suggested a very good restaurant since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The hotel layout and decor was colorful and inviting. The room was great, with whimsical touches with functional decor and bright colors. The house staff was professional and friendly too. When traveling in the future, I’ll be sure to look for a Tru hotel.”

“We love staying here, however once again the kids in 251 were screaming and running the halls, so loud it woke us up twice, I eventually went in the hall and told them to shut up. Then AGAIN the damn housekeeping tried walking in our room. It was 9:30 and check out is 11. I am about sick of that happening”

“You can tell they are really trying to keep this updated, they are doing a really nice job. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, breakfast area well stocked and fresh. The hot tub was a PLUS! You don’t find too many hot tubs these days in hotels that actually work. Pool area very well clean too. The front desk staff was nice on check in and check out, also kept up on the breakfast area. It was great for our 2 night visit. Highly recommend!”

“Liked right off highway - location great- staff was also great- however our window looking out was super dirty and actually hard to see out of - so needed to be cleaned in outside . Bed and pillows super comfy”
