“The reception is not helpful and the attutude is very bad. Won't stay in this hotel again.”

“Hotel rooms were almost doubled in price, pool was closed and we received no prior notification - I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I had known, ice machines broken and moldy, night staff at front counter wasn’t very kind, the hotel/room was not worth the price we paid. Very disappointed and we would t recommend this hotel.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. ”

“Check in wasn't until 6 pm, even though we had called ahead and were assured we would get a room at 4, no apology given. Everything about the room is mediocre. Its a basic room with pretty wall paper. House keeping barged into my room at 830 in the morning. No knock. Thankfully I was already awake. I will never stay again. I would recommend everyone else to look elsewhere.”
