“The carpets were "taped" where they needed repairs, looked tacky. Wish we would of have been able to charge to our rooms. Beautiful view ruin but reservations we not correct (2 reservations) which required us to move rooms for the last night.”

“location was great. The room had troubles, shower handle fell off, the john seat was very bad, shower mat ripped up and the heat/air either was on 77 or 52 couldn't change. maintance came said couldn't fix parts have been on order for months?”

“We always enjoy our stay at the Harbor hotel. One of the elevators was out of service so this made it more challenging to reach your destination. Overall the stay was very nice. You can’t beat being at the water’s edge when a big ship passes by!”

“I absolutely loved everything about the property. I can probably take the responsibility for the fact that it appeared to me that it was going to be closer to the river then it was. It is on the river. My room was a couple hundred yards down the hill to the river. Not a big deal for me could be for others”

“我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气”

“I am disabled and my room key consistently didn't work. It took me 4 trips back downstairs before it would work. I had a handicap accessible room but the bench for me to take a shower with was sitting on the nasty floor in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell to it. I finally left and went to a different hotel. I didn't even stay. I was so miserable. I want a refund. I went to the Hilton Garden Inn and was a giant improvement. I would never stay at this location ever again, not even for……
