Le camere sono grandi, pulizie giornaliere e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola su richiesta, per qualunque necessità basta chiamare la reception e provvedono immediatamente. In camera sono presenti due thermos di acqua, una per lavarsi i denti e una per bere che loro stessi riempiono ogni giorno e che comunque possono essere riempite in autonomia dagli ospiti in qualunque momento. “The staff was so helpful to us especially when my husband got sick. The hotel manager got us a driver to take us to a nearby clinic. Without that help he would not have recovered fast enough to make our flight. The staff was so concerned and let us stay in our room past our checkout time without charging us for an extra day. We are so grateful to them for taking such good care of us. We will never forget them or what they did for us. This kind of care and service is priceless.”

"酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。"
