Our stay at Surf Lodge was amazing! Kelly was such a fantastic host. The room was beautifully put together and very clean. The design of the entire property was very thoughtful and such a peaceful getaway.

Just popped in for a quick one night stay - to visit friends nearby. The location was amazing - very cute town with fun shops and cafes. Nearby is a beautiful public library and playground in the middle of a redwood forest - great to walk through. Room was large (19) with high ceilings and large bathroom . Free continental breakfast served in the sunroom in the AM. Unfortunately we missed out on the wine and cheese hour. Would gladly stay again!

Enjoyed our stay very much..loved the continental breakfast delivered to room..the only parking is down the block and is $20.00 a day..be prepared for checking in at the street..but then enjoy a great stay..

The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, fruit and pastries are provided in the main office in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly, even going so far as to remember and address me by my name when greeting me in the morning. Great place, friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations with a nice breakfast. Pool is wonderful during the summer months. There are 2 great places to eat across the street right by the river-Farmhand & Stumptown brewery-very convenient. Also convenient to Armstrong Woods. Will be back!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. So the Inn and receptionists, waitstaff fine dining restaurant were great. Food was phenomenal too. But the majority of the staff at the restaurant across the street were cold, unfriendly and a bunch of prudes. I politely asked one of the waiters if i could sit at the bar and he said “Well can you? Very clean, quiet. Lush bed & pillows. Nice view of the waterfront from the 2nd floor. Excellent full complimentary breakfast; lots of delicious options from fruit, oatmeal to eggs, bacon & sausage. Staff were wonderful. Very helpful by providing dining/sightseeing information & directions.

Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Great breakfast buffet

We spent a few nights for a weekend escape with our dog from San Francisco. The location is ideal for exploring the wineries in Sonoma and Healdsburg by car. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the property was clean and exactly what we were looking for during our brief staycation. There are food options and a casino nearby. I highly recommend this place for families, couples, and pet owners.

I stayed in a standard queen room and it was spotless. The second thing I noticed was a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee I own one at home so made me feel right at home. As a woman traveling alone I loved the safety aspect of the parking garage. I will stay here again could not find negatives at all.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating as we arrived a couple hours before check in and they were able to get us a room rather quickly. We were okay if they were not able to but I appreciate they were able to make the effort.
