“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“Overall - service is okay… Areas for improvement: - Mosquito spray in rooms daily and around site. - Food menu should vary - same food daily is uneatable. - Shuttle bus service should be free throughout the day. - Benches and shelters around the site. - Air conditioning in all areas. - Multi-faith prayer room is a must on site. - Faster check in and check out service. “Good hotel, nice pool area, rooms clean. I had an issue with the room type. I booked a resort view room and paid extra rather than having a garden view room. Apparently these are the same rooms and they look onto the back garden. The description on Expedia is misleading and encourages you to pay extra whereas I should have just booked the garden view suite. I found this common in Morocco where I have booked a more expensive room which is exactly the same as a cheaper room. Also I booked a sofa……

“Room was great, couldn’t complain. Understanding it is currently a heatwave AC will struggle and only place to cool down was lobby. Would have been great if pool times were extended due to heat. Activities - didn’t really see anything apart from water volleyball nor was I once approached and asked if I’d like to join. Been told that due the heat, only water sports and stretching is happening. Staff were excellent through out the stay! On to the hotel food - breakfast, lunch, snacks were fine……

“Hotel very nice and clean, staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast delicious and has so many options sous Chef Hanane Guimane is the best she made our breakfast visits so special, she welcomed us and spoilt my girls. Abdeladim Naim made us so happy and checked on us during our stay. I will come back again and recommend it to family and friends.”

“Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle.”

“This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.”
