“Do not stay on the fourth floor. The entire floor as well as the room smelled of mildew. The staff was kind enough to change our room to the north side of building. In our room the shower valve broke. Had to call maintenance to repair. The water park was very nice my kids enjoyed. Was supposed to get discounted tickets to Cedar point per promise on website but was told at the resort since we used Expedia I was not eligible for tickets costed me 327 dollars more than planned.”

“My adult daughter and I stayed here for our weekend away to Cedar Point. We explicitly stayed here because it is positioned as more adult-focused (ie “Weekend travelers who want to relax and recharge”). Yes - families are listed but for families wanting a calmer stay. The first night we could only swim / hot tub inside due to severe weather. This area was filled will pre-teens and teens practicing cannonballs. Im talking at least 30 of them. “Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices.
