“Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. If you cancel a confirmed booking on guests standing in your lobby at……

WOW! Magnifique.”

“Staff were excellent and location great for exploring the area.”

Consiglio vivamente!”

“Very nice place!! Excelent!!”

“Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did. Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good……

“Last minute booking. Arrived just in time for an delicious dinner. Owner chef very friendly and helpful. Quiet area so got a good sleep. Worth the 30 minute drive from Savigliano. Will stay again. Thank you very much.”

“Good for car trip with private parking. Room is big. However, mattress was over-soft.”
