We'd surely love to go again in the future."

"For some of us the most important thing about a hotel room is that it be an oasis of calm. When I checked in to this hotel and found that it was also an event venue, I was worried. When I discovered in the course of the evening that the room I was in was directly over the event venue, and that the building structure was distorting the sound of the live band into wails and rhythmic buzzing, it was a disaster. It took three phone phone calls to the front desk before our complaint was taken seriously, but we were moved to a delightfully quiet room at the far end of the building with a lovely view of the garden."
