“We reserved 2 queen bedroom with city view and when we got there they had a king bed room with wrong view and we had to upgrade for a 2 queen with view which I think was very shady. We paid and reversed for transportation to the train station and they tried to charge us again even though we already paid. The hotel is good and we have stayed there before but I think they are adopting shady business practices.”

“I’m really disappointed at the hotel because they throw my husband in the street with the homeless because my husband came down to the reception is sick FTD dementia and he doesn’t talk instead they keep him and verify his identity and keep him in a safe area they throw him out so their hotel looks good my husband was lost for 5 hours and they refused to call 911 they told me you call but when I did they told me I have to call from a local number so any way because of that my husband was……
