“This is a very nice resort and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay. It is not luxury but you get what you pay for. I consider the resort to be great for families, especially the bungalows which have full kitchens and living areas. It was clean and right on the beach. The beach was slim so not a lot of sandy area but enough for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly but did not go above and beyond by any means. The location was beautiful and right on the reef……

“We had a Deluxe suite garden room and it was lovely and very clean. We overlooked the garden and pool but we could also see part of the beach & ocean. Whoever cleaned our room daily done an excellent job!!”

“Waking up at the Blue Haven Resort in Turks & Caicos was truly waking up in paradise. We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall . “Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows.……

“We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. ”

“We spent 9 nights in the ocean view suite.Very beautiful garden veiw as well.We had a great time staying at The Sands Grace Bay.Our room.was modern, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to our wonderful housekeeper Dueila who made sure our space was freshened up each day.She even converted the twim beds in the room to a queen so my daughter and her partner could rest well. It would be nice to replace the washer and dryer units in the suite.They dated and rusting. Thanks to the bell attendants……

“Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and……

“Can’t say enough good things about the property and the staff. Total relaxation and peace from the time you set foot! Please note that the property is not on the water, and there is no pool directly on the property. You can go to the pool for free at Kokomo via a shuttle service, and also get to the beach also for free via the shuttle.That is the only downfall of the resort. “This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if……

“We were choosing between this property and Ocean Club West and chose wrong sadly. From the start it was sub par, the transport from the airport failed to show after a 30 min wait and we had to join the taxi line. We had a room the 1st night where there were people partying 2 doors down despite being asked to stop. I was woken at 2:38am by the smoke alarm because they were illegally smoking.
