It was very quite on our floor. The breakfast service was limited as we expected, but the staff was very solicitious and courteous. Also the maids were great, although we were asked to call the front desk to request any room request. All in all, we had an excellent stay!

Went for a family event. Check in was smooth.
Only issue was the elevator being out of service. Not a big deal for us but I could see it being an issue for others

The pool and hot tub look like it haven’t been cleaned since the place opened. It turned us off completely from swimming. Everything else though very nice

We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. There was not anyone in the pool or fitness areas. The suite was so spacious.
The only complaint we had was the pool was freezing. Even our grandchildren got to cold to enjoy the pool. We had picked it so they would have an indoor pool to get in.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were excited to have the pool open as well as self-serve breakfast with modifications. My only complaint would be that the front desk staff we mediocre. There was not a friendly warmth that I've had at many other hotels. I needed towels and I was asked to come pick them up at the front desk. (assuming they were short staffed.) A separate time I asked and they said they would bring them to the room. No one ever came.

This was a clean and convenient hotel with a full kitchen, stocked with plenty of the necessities to extend your stay. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. Breakfast was very good and we had no complaints. 🙂

This was our 2nd time staying here and we really like this hotel. We love the bar / restaurant atmosphere this property offers. It is outside of the main hotel in a gazebo like building. The bar tender / waiter, Freddie, is just amazing! He made us laugh and took such great care of us. The hotel itself is very clean and everyone that we encountered was very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!

Phil and Betty are wonderful hosts. The house is charming with antique decor and all the modern conveniences. The room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was delicious
