“I last minute booked in Golden and I am so glad I found this place! It is so cute, the staff were amazing, and the views are absolutely gorgeous. This property is so comfortable and homey. We watched one of the soccer games in the lobby and they made us comfortable. They also have a big fireplace and it is so cozy!! They offered free drinks & snacks and were just overall very generous. The mountain views from our bedroom were spectacular. I can’t wait to stay here again!”

Driving into the lodge was a long 80km/h road which was dark from the Kicking horse Drive sitting on top of the Columbia River. Can be a little scary to drive through in the evening. Everything else was fine."
