“Casino sucks no table games”

“Basic motel, nothing fancy, but functional for the night. Price was higher than I expected, but I was in town for a large bicycling event, so I understand the price point.”

“When we arrived at Lady luck, there was no staff at the check-in desk. We had to walk over to the horseshoe Casino so that we could check in and get our room keys. The room itself was clean, but the sink was terribly clogged up. The hairdryer did not work. And the coffee maker did not work. For the money I spent this room was subpar at best. I will never get a room at Lady luck Hotel and Casino again.”

“This place was super cute and full of character. Tucked into the mountains, but easily accessible. There is a general store across the street. The lady that checked me in was very nice. The lounge was rustic and inviting and was stocked with games and a pool table. They have indoor hot tubs (which I sadly didnt have time to use). My room was clean and comfortable. Free waffles and coffee for breakfast! I'm not sure when I will be back through the area, but I know where to stay when I do.”

“This was our second time staying at this wonderful boutique hotel, and it definitely won’t be our last. The hotel is warm and welcoming with beautiful decor and loads of charm. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and well appointed. The staff provided exceptional service with genuine friendliness. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Idaho Springs and the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hidden gem!”

“The check in was quick but not friendly, the room was some what clean, the air conditioning did not work properly. We had to set you he thermostat to o 65 and leave the fan on constantly to try and keep it comfortable. They didn't have shampoo and body soap in the container for the shower. Not a great experience. Won't stay there again.”
