“One star. Unacceptable service and refusal to refund our stay. We booked two nights at GLO Hotel in the Bronx. When we arrived, the room’s air conditioner was not working, despite outdoor temperatures above 90°F. We spent approximately two hours in the room waiting for a resolution. “Easy check in and quick to rest”

“It’s just convenient”

“Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room”

“The room was so nice, on the smaller side but was just there one night for a staycation. It was perfect.”
